This hung on the sewing room door for years with the message...aren't all housewives desparate?!
This was one room that ebbed and flowed with organization, yet it was always my favorite room to sit in and explore. It was much like an attic that you knew had treasure to yet find!
This form was a signature item of Karen's sewing room with the straw hat and her wedding veil draped on it.

Rolls of fabric...if Karen found fabric she liked more than likely she'd be tempted to buy anywhere from 5 yds to a roll!
